He worked to build up his real estate career from his first property, one property at a time. Today, he is one of, if not the, most prominent owner of single-family rent-to-own homes in the Quad City Metro area. This is the leading service he provides to those within the community. He served as a real estate broker in the area, though he is currently inactive in the field.

It has over 50 years of experience supporting the community through providing a path to homeownership and achieving the American dream. The company focuses on supporting the needs of people who may be unable to obtain a traditional mortgage and works to renovate homes to improve their community's overall appeal and condition.
In addition to this, he owns Richard Vesole Insurance, which mainly provides property and casualty insurance for investors and landlords.
He has had numerous accomplishments throughout his career in these areas. That includes maintaining his professional associations with the Iowa State Bar Association and Scott County Bar Association. One of those is within his real estate investment career. At this point in his career, he is the largest owner of single-family rent-to-own homes in the Quad City metropolitan area. That includes the areas of Davenport, Iowa, Bettendorf, Iowa, Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, and the surrounding areas of Illinois. He worked to develop over 600 properties over time and with careful attention to the area and market conditions.
Additionally, he is also proud of his accomplishments as an attorney. That includes his development of a successful real estate practice serving the region in areas of real estate law, landlord-tenant law, 1031 exchanges, and more.
Rick Vesole is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Scott County Bar Association. He is also proud of his accomplishments working as the Treasurer and as a member of the Quad Cities Rental Real Property Association.
Vesole is also the former director of the Jewish Federation of the Quad Cities, and is a current Trustee of the Rock Island Hebrew Cemetery Association and a donor adviser for Joann and Richard Vesole Family Fund.

Rick Vesole is proud of his family, including his children. He will celebrate 40 years of marriage on October 17, 2022.
Volunteer and Philanthropy Work
Throughout his career, Rick Vesole has supported numerous organizations over the years. At the heart of this is the creation of the Joann and Richard Vesole Family Fund at Fidelity Charitable. It is a Donor Advised Fund near the family’s heart for many reasons.
In addition to this, Vesole has also notably donated to numerous organizations over his lifetime. That includes real estate and religious organizations. He has also contributed to Habitat for Humanity, another local project he is proud to have supported. He also gives the local John Deere Golf Classic charity program to Birdies for Charity.
Though he is a very busy person, he finds time to contribute to the community in several ways. That includes volunteering at Café on the Vine. This organization provides food for the needy. He has also participated in the Susan Komen Race for the Cure to raise awareness for cancer research. He has donated to other breast cancer organizations as well.
In addition to the religious organizations he gives to, Vesole has also given support to the efforts of the Mayo Clinic and the University of Iowa Foundation.
